1. All services must be paid for in advance.  All customers with a valid credit card on file in our office must authorize charges to be applied to that card  for services rendered.  Invoices marked paid along with credit card receipt will be e-mailed or snail mailed to customer following appropriate processing activities.   Checks are accepted by mail or in person for all requested services AT THE DISCRETION OF THE COMPANY.  Cash is acceptable in person or as agreed.

2. All pump out services purchased must be used within 6(six) months from date of purchase and/or prior to Dec 16 of that year.

3. Any  pre-scheduled date(s) of service are always subject to changes due to weather, traffic conditions, equipment failure or any other unforeseen  event which may prevail over normal business conduct.

4. 5 Pump Out Cards: All  customers that have purchased “5 pump out” cards may elect to pre schedule each visit  up to no greater than every month or retain their pump outs to be used as needed (within 6 months). Customer must call to schedule those individual requests.  Days of service will be limited to a schedule designed and revised as needed to serve each boating region in our operating area. A separate regional schedule will be determined as needed and made available through various means including printed fliers and web site updates.

5. 8 Pump Out Cards: All customers that have purchased “8 pump out” cards  may elect to pre schedule each visit up to no greater than every 3 weeks or elect to retain their pump outs to be used as needed (within 6 months). Customers must call to schedule those individual requests.  Days of service will be limited to a schedule designed and revised as needed to serve each boating region. A separate regional schedule will be determined as needed to serve each boating region in our operating area and made available through various means including printed fliers and web site updates.

6. 12 Pump Out Cards: All customers that have purchased a “12 Pump Out Card” must elect either weekly or every other week as a schedule of regular service.  Schedules for your boating region may be limited to “every other week“ only.   As with all other cards these pump outs must be used within 6 months.

7. Year round customers: Any vessel occupant that is known to live aboard their craft and is currently participating in our 12 pump out plan will not be subject to OFF SEASON pricing as long as; A.) They have initiated their 12 pump out plan at any time during the IN SEASON and have no more than 6 pump outs remaining prior to Dec 16 of that year. And 2.) The customer in fact continues to renew the same 12 pump out plan seamlessly and without interruption at or near the end of the prior 12 pump out plan.

8. Transfer of services:  Pump out cards may be transferred one (1) time to any other boat owner in the event that the current Pump Out Card holder is no longer in need of the service regardless of reason.  The recipient of the unused portion of that Pump Out Card must be in the same facility, fall within the same black water holding tank size range as the original purchaser and is bound by the same time limit and start date as if he or she had been the original Pump Out Card purchaser.

9. No Refunds: We will work with customers to the best of our ability to resolve disputes however under no circumstance can  fees be refunded for unused services. In some cases and at the discretion of the Company we may give a monetary or rendered services credit of up to 50% of any unused pump outs toward the purchase of a new pump out plan at the beginning of the following boating season and in a plan of equal or greater value.

10. Pricing Seasons:  The “In season” or Summer season begins on April 15 and ends on December 15.  “Off  Season” or Winter season begins on December 16 and ends on April 14.
